All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out as soon as possible. Cancellations accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.

We offer free delivery on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, after 1-3 days you will receive a email with tracking number so you can follow your package.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Ginny & co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the delivery carrier directly.
