- Free Shipping with no additional costs.
DELIVERY TIMES
- Standard tracked: 7-12 business days.
Times are estimates from dispatch and do not include processing time (1-3 business days). Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, holidays).
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 12pm GMT on a business day are dispatched the next day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email within 2 business days. You can also track from your account dashboard.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
All applicable customs duties and import taxes for UK orders are included in the product price. You won't be asked to pay anything additional on delivery.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support@ginnynewcastle.co.uk within 14 days of expected delivery and we'll resolve it - replacement or full refund.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. Please double-check your address at checkout.
