REFUND POLICY
Ginny & Co wants you to love everything you receive from us.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all unopened products from the date of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened oral care products cannot be returned unless defective.

TO START A RETURN
Email support@ginnynewcastle.co.uk. with your order number. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective or damaged items.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund within 10 business days of approval, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you still need help, email support@ginnynewcastle.co.uk.
